The personal data you provide in this form will be treated confidentially by the Neuroscience of Antioquia Group (GNA), as the data controller, for the purpose of managing your registration and participation in the PAIS CEREBRAL (Comprehensive Brain and Mental Health Care Plan), as well as to send you information related to this program.

Your data will be stored on GNA corporate servers under technical, administrative, and legal security measures that guarantee its protection, in accordance with the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012 and other applicable regulations on personal data protection in Colombia.

You own the right to know, update, rectify, or delete your data, and to revoke the authorization granted, by email at privacy@gna.org.co.
